For this reason, we’ll accomplish all that for you at no cost!Our expert technical team reps will move your site content from your current provider to us. Our techs have broad experience with website migration and are able to take care of everything – from a standard WordPress–based weblog or Joomla^™ CMS–driven website, to an extremely complex, custom–built application.

A: While we can’t give you an exact ETA, since there are lots of variables, including the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our very best to migrate your site within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (when the content is not very large).

A: We’ll require the login information for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the site’s name (domain name).

A: Before we can start the transfer of your hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share the same information you have given to your present host. We also have a very strict Privacy Policy, which describes how delicate info is dealt with.

A: Your site will work exactly like it did before with your old web hosting provider. As soon as we have completed the migration, your website will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we will alert you to preview it. If it is working correctly, all you will need to do is modify the NS resource records for your domain. Your site will be migrated over to us with no downtime.

A: No. We’ll never touch base with your hosting provider about anything. They will not be aware of the web site transfer either.

A: Yup. We support all conventional Linux–driven web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based hosting platforms, since we do not offer Windows web hosting solutions ourselves.We also do not support proprietary web site building and management tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
